Pet Policy
At Kingsland West, we love our Fur-Babies! We are pet friendly, we accept dogs, cats, and service animals. The pet fee is $400 (non-refundable) for one pet and $600 for two pets. We allow two pets per home with no weight limit but standard breed restrictions apply. The monthly pet rent is $25 per pet.
*Breed, size, weight limitations, and fee and deposit requirements do not apply to assistance animals. We comply with all applicable fair housing laws.
